Customer Refund Request

We prefer to wait until we have received the refund from the operator before making refunds to clients. However providing you have written confirmation from the tour operator of the cancellation charges (eg. a cancellation invoice) you may request a refund to customer. Please ensure the booking has been amended on Garfield so it shows the correct amount of refund due to customer and refund due from operator.

Note: Refunds will be made payable to the lead name on the booking and sent to the address on the booking unless otherwise specified.
